Nupur Konwar Studio is distributing 1,000 garments to families affected by the 2026 Assam floods: 700 through online applications on this portal, and 300 through registered partner organisations on the ground. There is no monetary charge to the applicant.

This is a relief portal, not an e-commerce store. No purchase, payment, or cash on delivery is possible. Any listing implying a price is a technical artifact and does not create a contract of sale.

Each phone number, email and household is limited to one application. Quantity per application is fixed at one garment. Duplicate applications will be cancelled.

You agree to provide accurate name, address, and eligibility information. Applications with incomplete, false or unverifiable information may be rejected without notice.

Submission of an application does not guarantee a garment. Approval is subject to eligibility review and available inventory. Once inventory is exhausted the campaign automatically closes.

We will attempt delivery to the address you provide through a courier partner. Delivery timelines depend on courier serviceability in flood-affected areas and are not guaranteed.

The garments are provided as a gesture of relief on an “as-is” basis. Nupur Konwar Studio’s aggregate liability arising from any application shall not exceed the value of one garment.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Assam.
