This Privacy Policy explains what information Nupur Konwar Studio (“we”, “us”) collects when you apply for a garment through the Assam Flood Relief 2026 portal, and how that information is used. This page is maintained by Nupur Konwar Studio.
1. Information we collect
To process a relief application we collect:
- Full name
- Mobile number
- District, village, landmark and pincode
- Clothing size
- Reason for request
- Optional supporting media (house photo, flood photo, ID) if you choose to upload it
We may also automatically record technical signals such as your IP address, device type, and browser fingerprint. These are used solely to detect duplicate or abusive submissions.
2. How we use it
- To verify eligibility against the notified flood-affected districts.
- To prevent duplicate applications from the same phone number, email or household.
- To pack and ship your garment to the address you provide.
- To communicate the status of your application (approved, packed, shipped, delivered).
3. Sharing with third parties
We share the minimum information required with courier and logistics partners so your parcel can be delivered. We do not sell your personal information. Aggregate, non-identifying numbers (such as total garments claimed) may be shown publicly on the transparency section of the site.
4. Retention
Application records are retained only for as long as needed to run and audit the 2026 campaign. After the campaign closes, personally identifying fields are archived or deleted; anonymised totals may be retained for reporting.
5. Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your application data by writing to us via Instagram DM at @nupurkonwarstudio. We will action reasonable requests unless we are required to retain the data for fraud or audit reasons.
6. Children
The portal is intended for adult heads of households applying on behalf of a family. Do not submit an application on behalf of a minor without a guardian’s consent.
7. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the campaign or applicable law. Material changes will be dated at the top of this page.
