Cancellation Policy

This policy explains the circumstances under which an application to the Assam Flood Relief 2026 campaign may be cancelled — either by you or by Nupur Konwar Studio.
1. Cancellation by the applicant
If your circumstances change and you no longer need a garment, please write to us on Instagram at @nupurkonwarstudio with your tracking ID so we can redirect the garment to another family. Cancellation is possible any time before the parcel is dispatched.
2. Cancellation by Nupur Konwar Studio
An application may be cancelled without notice if it is:
- a duplicate of an existing application (same phone, email, or household);
- outside the notified flood-affected districts;
- incomplete, inconsistent, or unverifiable;
- suspected of being submitted through automated or fraudulent means;
- submitted after the inventory of 1,000 garments has been exhausted.
3. Undeliverable parcels
If a parcel is returned as undeliverable (incorrect address, no recipient, refusal), we will make one reasonable re-attempt where possible. If that also fails, the application will be marked cancelled and the garment redirected.
4. Refunds
No payment is collected for a garment. Cancellation therefore does not involve any refund.
5. Notification
Where reasonably possible, we will notify you of a cancellation and the reason via the mobile number on your application.
