Eligibility Policy

This policy explains who can apply for a garment through the Assam Flood Relief 2026 portal and how eligibility is verified.
1. Notified districts
Applications are open only to families residing in the following flood-affected districts of Assam:
- Sivasagar
- Charaideo
- Jorhat
- Dibrugarh
Pincode and district are checked at the eligibility step. Applications from other regions will be rejected.
2. One family, one garment
Each household is entitled to a single garment. Additional applications from the same phone number, email or address will be treated as duplicates and cancelled.
3. Age
The applicant must be an adult (18+) applying on behalf of themselves or their household.
4. Verification
We may request additional verification such as a house photo, a flood photo, a relief camp slip or a government-issued ID to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide reasonable verification when requested may result in the application being cancelled.
5. Discretion
Nupur Konwar Studio reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its discretion, subject to the goals of this relief campaign and available inventory.
